How Clynecta is put together and how to get set up. Written for the person doing the setting up, not for a procurement checklist.
Getting started
Register a facility
Clinic, polyclinic, hospital, diagnostic centre or pharmacy — pick a type, enter your registration details, choose a plan.
Open →Sign up as a practitioner
Independent doctors, nurses, technologists and administrative professionals can create their own account without an invitation.
Open →Set up a patient account
Book appointments, keep records in one place, and manage profiles for the family members you care for.
Open →Plans and what each one unlocks
Module availability is tied to facility type and plan tier. The pricing page lists what is included at each level.
Open →Core concepts
Roles and permissions
Who can see and do what. Access follows the role granted at signup or by your facility administrator, not the job title.
Open →Family profiles
One login can manage several patients. Each profile keeps its own UHID, records and ABHA number, and can be promoted to its own account later.
Open →ABHA and health records
Linking an ABHA Health ID pulls records from participating Indian facilities into a single timeline.
Open →Hiring and the public job board
Openings published by a facility appear on Clynecta Jobs, filtered by profession and location.
Open →Not written yet
Listed so you know where the gaps are rather than discovering them mid-integration.
