Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clynecta's clinic management software and patient booking services (the "Service"). By using the Service or booking an appointment through a clinic that uses Clynecta, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clynecta provides software that lets healthcare clinics manage appointments, patients, and operations, and lets patients discover doctors and book appointments online. Clynecta is a technology provider — it does not provide medical advice or care. All clinical decisions are the responsibility of the treating clinic and its practitioners.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Appointments & payments

• Bookings are subject to the relevant clinic's availability and confirmation.
• Consultation fees, refunds, and cancellation rules are set by each clinic.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also agree to the provider's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clynecta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes, which remain the responsibility of the treating clinic.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
